Bangladesh has nearly universal enrollment in primary education, but only 64% will go on to complete secondary school. The high dropout rate reflects various systemic issues, including a lack of access to quality education and the poor financial condition of many rural households.

This allows teachers to access professional development without any language barriers and at affordable costs.
