Georgia equips 17,000 for future jobs with targeted reskilling programs

As part of the World Economic Forum’s Accelerators Network, Georgia has used the Global Skills Taxonomy to target the specific vocational skills needed most in the country’s top-performing industries.

The initiative, called Skills Agency Georgia, accelerates learning processes in order to get people back to work faster. So far, 17000 graduates have graduated with skills tailored to the jobs of tomorrow. Georgia is one of over 30 Country Accelerators that have been specifically created to empower individuals with access to the essential job skills.
