预计到2050年,全球人口将接近100亿,这意味着全球对粮食和能源的需求将呈指数级增长。然而,地球满足这一需求的能力正承受着气候变化的直接威胁。因此,加速绿色转型不仅是为了应对气候变化,也是为了确保人类能够养活自己。
As Head of Corporate Strategy, Performance Management & Operations Coordination, Mr. El Fali is responsible for developing and implementing OCP group’s strategy and ensuring its execution. His role includes oversight of the Group’s strategic planning processes, forging new working relationships and synergies across the organization, strengthening transparency and accountability for those carrying out the strategy, and steering performance across the organization for short and long term. His team works with OCP Group’s business units to ensure the Group’s strategy is fully integrated. This includes responsibility for OCP’s farmer outreach plan to accelerate the implementation of sustainable fertilizer practices.
Based at OCP Headquarters in Casablanca, Morocco, Mr. El Fali joined OCP Group in 2009. He has held a number of different management and executive positions since then, including Director of Safi Fertilizer Site from 2013 to 2015, Executive Vice President of Industrial Operations from 2015 to 2020, Chief Operating Officer from 2020 to 2021, Advisor to the Chairman 2021 to 2022, and Managing Director for Corporate Strategy, Sustainability and Innovation from 2022 to 2024.
Before joining OCP, Mr El Fali worked for Ynna Steel as Site Director, and as Manager of Production and Logistics for Air Liquid Maroc. He also worked for Lesieur Cristal as Production Manager and Hedging Manager.
Mr. El Fali holds a M.S. (1998) in Civil Engineering and Materials Science from Mines Paritech in Paris, France.
