This initiative delves into the transformative potential of frontier technologies and their interplay, envisioning their impact on industrial operations by 2030. Through a series of workshops and roundtables involving a diverse community of executives and thought leaders, it will analyze the value creation inherent in deploying emerging technologies across various future scenarios. Goal of the initiative is to equip manufacturing companies with insights and strategies, fostering readiness for the adoption of the next frontier technologies.
Objectives
- Map emerging and future technologies in manufacturing and describe how these will interplay and create value for industries
- Develop different “2030 Factory of the Future scenarios” for technology evolution and its influence on factories and value chains
- Provide a space for knowledge exchange within the community to explore mid and long-term transformative technologies
- Disseminate main insights with global leaders to drive concrete actions in preparation to future tech trends and opportunities
