Mr. Chai is the Managing Director, Southeast Asia & India for Airbnb. Prior to joining Airbnb, Mr. Chai was a Junior Partner at the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company. In his time there, he advised leading technology and telecoms companies across Southeast Asia. Earlier in his career, he was a software developer and product manager at a tech startup. Mr. Chai holds an MBA from INSEAD, and graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
