人道援助は限界点に近づいています。弱体化したシステムが対応できる速度を超えて、ニーズが拡大しているのです。昨年、国連とパートナー機関は、1億8,000万人を支援するための人道支援に、約470億ドルの資金を要請しました。
Dr. Vanina Farber is elea Professor of Social Innovation and Dean of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) EMBA program. She is an economist and political scientist specializing on social innovation, impact investing, and blended finance, with almost twenty years of teaching, researching and consultancy experience, working with academic institutions, multinational corporations and international organizations.
Prior to IMD, Dr. Farber was Professor and Chair of Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Social Inclusion at Universidad del Pacífico (Peru) where she also was the Dean of the Graduate School of Business. She was an Associate Professor for the IE Business School where she taught Economic Environment and Country Analysis in blended programs and designed and co-directed the training course for professors “Leadership in Blended Education”. She has also worked as a consultant for different international organizations (ILO, UNDP, UNOPS).
She is currently a member of the Global Future Council (GFC) of Innovative Financing for Nature and Climate (2025-2026).
