Dr Sawang is an organisational psychologist and an active researcher with professional experience from Australia, Japan, Thailand, U.K. and USA. Her research primarily focuses on organisational behaviours, especially in small business/entrepreneurial context, innovation management and wellbeing. Currently, Dr Sawang has been appointed as Associate Professor in in small business, innovation and wellbeing at University of Leicester, U.K., as well as a Visiting Professor at The International Centre for Transformational Entrepreneurship, Coventry University, U.K. and an adjunct Associate Professor at QUT Business School, Australia.
