Stefan is the Chief Strategist of the Abu Dhabi Investment Council. Stefan has over 25 years of global experience in the investment management industry, including working for HSBC, Deutsche Asset Management, Equitas (Lloyd’s of London) Ltd and the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. Most recently, he was head of investment strategy and risk at the British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, and previously Chief Investment Officer at Coal Pensions UK. Stefan has degrees in economics and law from the university of Auckland and a masters in economics from the London School of Economics.
