Shakthi Nagappan serves as the Director (Life Sciences and Pharma) for the State Government of Telangana and is in-charge of the Hyderabad Pharma City initiative of the Government, which is one of the biggest Greenfield projects of its nature in Asia, being developed at an area of 19000 acres at international standards. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of BioAsia, the flagship international initiative of Telangana Government.
