Rachel Holz has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, instructional design, organizational effectiveness, security awareness and training. She is leading cybersecurity engagement efforts for Salesforce and is responsible for the development of the Cybersecurity Learning Hub in partnership with the Centre for Cybersecurity. She has built training and awareness programs for large companies across a multitude of industries. She graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Psychology from the University of Rochester and has a Masters in Instructional Technologies from San Francisco State University.
