Pascal Chapot

Group Head of Sustainable Agriculture Development, Nestlé

Pascal Chapot has been Corporate Head of Sustainable Agriculture at Nestlé since November 2020, focusing on driving the company’s regenerative agriculture initiatives worldwide.

He joined Nestlé in 1991 and has led manufacturing units across multiple product categories—including dairy, culinary, chocolate, water, and coffee—in countries such as France, Greece, Malaysia, Caribbean region and Switzerland. He has also led development projects within Nestlé’s direct sourcing activities, contributing to the strengthening of the company’s sustainable agriculture agenda across all geographies and crops, particularly in fresh milk, cocoa, coffee, and cereals, with operations covering all Zones and continents, spanning in Brazil, Côte d’Ivoire, South Africa, France, Spain, Chile, Colombia, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, and Mexico amongst others.

Pascal is an agronomist and food engineer, a graduate of AgroParisTech in France, and holds a postgraduate degree in economics as well as executive education in business administration.
