Globally experienced executive, specialized in the design and delivery of complex innovation, transformation and futures projects for Fortune 500 companies, governments, and non-profits. He leads the Salesforce Futures team, working closely with Chief Futures Officer, Peter Schwartz. At Salesforce since 2013, he led strategy for the customer innovation team, helping grow into new regions and through acquisitions. He also developed Salesforce's customer transformation thought leadership.
Before that, he spent a decade in scenarios and strategy consulting at Monitor Group and GBN, serving customers on five continents. He has specialized in both future scenarios as a tool for strategy, economic policy, and development. He holds a Diplome de Grande Ecole from ESCP Europe and a BA in Economic and Social Science from Trinity College Dublin.
