He has affluent management experience of large enterprises and once served as the Vice Chairman & General Manager of China Unicom, Vice Chairman of PCCW, a member of the board of directors of HKT and GSMA.
Since July 10,2018, he has been the president of China General Technology (Group) Holding Co., Ltd., a Fortune Global 500 company. He also serves as a member of China BRICS Business Council, and was granted the 14th CCTV China Economic Person in 2013, known as the "Oscar of China's economic field".
