Dr. Jessica Lu is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the National University of Singapore. Her work focuses on integrating digital health technologies into clinical research to advance preventive health, healthy ageing, and longevity. She holds a PhD from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at the National University of Singapore, as well as a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from McGill University and an MEng in Biomedical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning biochemistry, biomedical engineering, and clinical research, she is interested in translating technological innovation into practical healthcare applications. Before moving into human clinical geroscience, she conducted laboratory research in protein conformational disorders and brain tumours.
