Jeffrey Lazarus is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Georgia State University. His research focuses on Congress members’ strategic behavior both as candidates and as legislators. His published research examines legislative term limits, politicians’ decisions to enter races for office; congressional conference committees, the bills members write and pork barrel spending.
