Houssam leads the World Economic Forum’s Partnering Against Corruption Initiative (PACI). He coordinates a community comprising of chief compliance officers and anti-corruption champions from the public and private sectors creating a highly visible, agenda-setting platform to address business integrity. Houssam also co-leads the Global Future Council on Good Governance, a network of 20+ experts from business, civil society and academia developing forward-looking content around business ethics and transparency. Previously, Houssam worked at different international organizations including the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, in ethics and compliance functions. He is experienced in building and implementing integrity frameworks for non-profit organizations, managing due diligence and supporting incident management and misconduct investigations. He holds a MA in International Economics from the Graduate Institute for International & Development Studies; and a BA in Economics and Political Studies from the American University of Beirut.
