Georg Ringe is Professor of International Commercial Law at Copenhagen Business School. He also teaches at the University of Oxford, where he was a full-time faculty member between 2007-12. He is the general editor of the new Journal of Financial Regulation, to be published by Oxford University Press from 2015. Apart from policy advice on European corporate and financial law, his research interests are at the intersection of law and finance, most importantly in the fields of financial regulation, corporate law & governance, and capital markets.
