Emmanuelle Maincent joined the European Commission in 2003. She worked in DG Enterprise and Industry and DG Transport and Energy before joining DG Economic and Financial Affairs where she heads the unit in charge of economic analysis on Energy, Transport, Climate change and Cohesion policies.
