David Lindsay is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law, Monash University where he teaches cyberlaw, copyright and trusts. He is the General Editor of the Australian Intellectual Property Journal (AIPJ) and a board member of the Australian Privacy Foundation (APF). David has published widely in the areas of technology law, copyright, privacy and data protection, and media law.
