David E. Bloom is Clarence James Gamble Professor of Economics and Demography at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health (HSPH). He received a B.S. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a Ph.D. in economics and demography from Princeton University. David is also a long-standing member of the Forum's Expert Network.
