Dr. Daniel Schraad-Tischler is Senior Expert at the Bertelsmann Stiftung, Germany. He joined the Stiftung in 2008, heads the “Sustainable Governance Indicators” (SGI) project and is the corresponding author of the SIM Index report. Daniel holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Cologne (Faculty of Management, Economics, and Social Sciences) as well as a master’s in Political Science, History and German Literature (Cologne).
