Christine L. Exley is an assistant professor in the Negotiation, Organizations & Markets Unit at Harvard Business School. Her research largely focuses on gender and prosocial behavior, such as charitable giving and volunteering. Prior to joining Harvard Business School, she earned her Ph.D. in economics from Stanford University.
