Ms. Carol Liao is the first female Head of BCG Greater China. She joined BCG in 1995, with more than 20 years of consulting experience and deep expertise, focusing on strategy, climate & “dual carbon”, family business, Industry 4.0, digital transformation and innovation, Internet strategy, big data, consumer insight and organizational improvement.
In 2022, Carol was listed on the 2022 Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in China. In 2018, she was awarded FT & HERoes Champions of Women in Business by Financial Times. And in 2016, Carol won a Women Leaders in Consulting Award from Consulting magazine, the industry’s premier trade publication.

Carol holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a BA degree of commercial law from Beijing University.
