Annika Zawadzki is a Managing Director & Partner in the Cologne office of The Boston Consulting Group.

Annika joined BCG in October 2015. She is a core member of BCG's Public Sector Practice Area with a special focus on infrastructure and defense. Her functional experience spans across strategy, POP, transformation, LCPM, public procurement and diversity. Prior to joining BCG, she worked as a Senior Project Leader at Roland Berger for 8 years.
