Dr. Seck is a pharmacist who worked in the private sector in Senegal for 20 years before her appointment as Director of Senegal’s National Supply Pharmacy (PNA) in 2012. A logistics and health products specialist, she has been collaborating with IntraHealth International in the national implementation of IPM-3PL, and is now managing the system and overseeing its expansion pursuant to the Senegal government’s Yeksi Naa public supply chain strategy. Dr. Seck served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National University Hospital Center of Fann for six years before her appointment to the PNA.
