Support the Italian Hospital in Karak

Founded in 1935, the Italian Hospital in Karak has been providing health care services to the most vulnerable families in Southern Jordan for over 80 years. The hospital is managed by Combonian Nuns who are deeply committed to helping all people in need, regardless of their religion. Since its foundation, the hospital has been run on a non-profit basis. Medical treatments are made as affordable and accessible as possible to serve the most disadvantaged population of the area. Since the onset of the Syria crisis, the hospital has also become an invaluable center for Syrian refugee families unable to access national health services. While the hospital’s services are invaluable to the area, its resources are becoming increasingly strained. Therefore voluntary donations are essential to keeping the hospital running. The GSC Irbid Hub will support the Hospital with fundraising activities, including social media campaigns, establishment of partnerships with other Hubs of the GSC and the potential organization of a fundraising activity during the month of Ramadan.
