Agile Leadership Training

The key to thriving in the Fourth Industrial Revolution will be to lead the transformations it entails. This will require two elements of agile leadership: awareness of disruptive technologies and strategies to make the most of them. Shapers in the Yaoundé Hub seek to institute an executive and independent committee that will bring together major stakeholders in the development of cities, including metropolitan governance, leaders of industry and academia, engineers in various fields, architects, artists and civil society, to develop a shared vision for a collective urban future.This vision must focus on three areas of urbanisation, including mobility, the build environment and the natural environment, while integrating diverse perspectives from its citizens. Innovations in technology are not ends in themselves but means to improve the lives of citizens.
