There has to be a more effective way that employers and prospective employees can find each other. This scenario provided the inspiration for Jobads Iloilo (JI). JI is an online portal that allows employers to post information about their job vacancies. At any given time, the site lists more than 500 job vacancies and is continually replenished. It also gets more than 200 unique hits from job seekers every day.
