The Almaty Hub organized three city-wide hackathons to tackle locally identified issues, including scaled-up recycling solutions, neighbourhood accessibility and security, and the longevity and sustainability of the Almaty Zoo. Shapers provided thought leadership and facilitated actionoriented sessions with stakeholders.
