- Kaidi has been a graduate from Nankai University (one of the top 10 university in China), and served as Chairman of Student Federation of Tianjin and President of Nankai Student Union.
- Kaidi was accepted by Nankai University while he was in Year 11. After Nankai, he is proposed to be PhD candidate at Tsinghua University straight due to his academic achievement and as an entrepreneur. He has published academic papers on top management conference (Academy of Management Annual Meeting, 2017) and other journals.
- Kaidi has founded two companies Chuang Network Technology and Chuangqianli Technology, in fields of cloud incubator and peer to peer headhunting, supported more than 300 startups and 100 smes. Chuang Network has been proposed as a model startup and visited by Prime Minister Li Keqiang and Vice PM Liu Yandong.
- Kaidi is the founding curator of Tianjin Hub. He is very active and enthusiastic in social voluntary activities. He had been a volunteer student in AMNC12 in Tianjin.
