Vyron Vasileiadis is the Founder and Chairman of V Group of Companies, a dynamic and steadily expanding conglomerate with strategic operations in Environmental services, Renewable Energy, Shipping and Financial Investments. With consolidated assets exceeding €200 million, the Group is recognized as a leader in sustainable entrepreneurship across the wider Mediterranean and Middle Eastern regions.
A self-made entrepreneur, Vyron began his professional journey in 1995 as a site worker at a cleaning services company. Through resilience, vision, and an unwavering work ethic, he evolved into the pioneering business leader he is today. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American College of Greece (1998) and has completed the Executive Course on Global Leadership & Public Policy for the 21st Century at the Harvard Kennedy School in Boston, Massachusetts.
Throughout his career, Vyron has been honored with numerous accolades, including the KOUROS Award for Development and Innovation and his nomination as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum. Vyron’s leadership is guided by a steadfast commitment to achieving a ZERO Carbon, ZERO Waste footprint, and to developing bold, sustainable business models that respond to the needs of both planet and society. In this spirit, he spearheaded the establishment of Antipollution Egypt, the exclusive PRF (Port Reception Facility) provider of the Suez Canal, and launched Venergy Maritime, a shipping company committed to sustainable maritime, which has already acquired the first two vessels of its fleet.
His broader vision is also reflected in his philanthropic engagement. Through the Deppy Vasileiadis Foundation, named in memory of his late mother, Vyron supports initiatives in children’s education, the protection of animals, and the conservation of the environment.
