Razann works in international development, contributing towards the strategic direction of development, humanitarian and philanthropic activities in the UAE. She supports the design of high-impact, sustainable programs and guides local entities through effective policy, implementation, and evaluation frameworks. She holds a MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science and MA in Geography from the University of Edinburgh. Razann was selected as a WiSER (Women in Sustainability, Environment and Renewable Energy) Pioneer in 2024, recognized as a young female leader contributing towards the global transition to a sustainable and net-zero future.
Razann is the Outgoing Curator of the Dubai Global Shapers Hub and Future 50 Leader, part of a collaborative initiative by the World EconomicForum’s Global Foresight Network and the Global Shapers Community. Razann also co-led the Global Shapers COP28 Taskforce in 2023 and led the organisation of the Inaugural COP28 Foundations Flagship event, hosting the World Economic Forum's foundations including the Global Shapers Community, Young Global Leaders and Schwab Social Innovators.
