I am co-founder and Head of Design at Dive, an innovation studio focused on unlocking the exploration process in companies and building meaningful products, services and experiences.
We offer product discovery services, workshops, in-depth research, diagnostics and strategic innovation plans for companies. My role is to bring a Design-driven approach to product and business development, through leadership and project creation. I have served large companies, such as Sicredi, ONU, SUS, Perestroika, Superbid and Locaweb, in addition to taking ideas from the role of several early-stage startups. I believe that design, oriented towards social innovation, can be a vector for creating fairer and more prosperous futures.
I am also a Design Activist columnist at Mídia Ninja, publishing monthly reflective texts about Design, and I am part of the Global Shapers community, creating social impact projects on a voluntary basis. My journey begins on the outskirts of Porto Alegre, a place that made me learn in a practical way how to Design, as well as bringing an attentive vision design of social impacts. I created and participated in peripheral collectives that aimed at the economic emancipation of participants in a creative way, such as Bagagem and Conceito Arte. I screened a mini-documentary in virtual reality, Cipó de Jabuti, at the UN General Assembly in New York in 2019, which tells how community-based tourism is an alternative for riverside residents to deforestation.
I proudly consider my journey to be transversal and multidisciplinary. My intention is to create and enhance creative, sustainable and socially impactful projects and products, to show those who come from where I came from that there is a fair and prosperous future.
