Global Workforce Leader, PwC

Pete Brown is PwC’s Global Workforce Leader, advising boards and executive teams on the workforce implications of AI, technology and business transformation. He works with organisations globally on workforce strategy, skills, productivity, leadership and large-scale organisational change, helping businesses build human-led, tech-powered organisations.​

With more than 30 years of consulting experience, Pete has led complex workforce and HR transformation programmes across sectors and geographies. He leads PwC’s global thought leadership on the future of work, including the internationally recognised Hopes and Fears Survey and the AI Jobs Barometer, which examines the impact of AI on jobs, skills, wages and productivity.​

Pete collaborates extensively with the World Economic Forum on workforce, skills and AI initiatives and is a regular keynote speaker and adviser on the future of work, workforce disruption and leadership in the age of AI. He also established and sponsors PwC’s Leaders Solving for Tomorrow programme and the PwC Global Centre for Transformative Leadership. Pete is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Chartered Management Consultant.
