Pascal Rathle

Global Shaper, Jacksonville Hub

Pascal Rathle is Chief of Staff at De Jong Capital, a single-family office and emerging market special situations firm. He oversees strategy, communications, investor relation initiatives across five verticals and industries. Concurrently, he is the Founding Partner at Saint Augustine Ventures (seed frontier technology investing), VCaaS Advisor at Artesian (Alternative Investments), and Senior Advisor at the Shafik Gabr Foundation, fostering cross-cultural dialogue and collaboration.

Previously, Rathle held roles at the Council for Inclusive Capitalism as an Associate to Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild and as a Policy Assistant at the City of Jacksonville Office of the Mayor. His early career included U.S. civilian service as a City Year AmeriCorps Member and academic contributions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania. Rathle has founded three organizations, including the Jacksonville Global Shapers nonprofit under the World Economic Forum, the Neurolaw Society, and the Northeast Florida Climate Reality Chapter. Through these ventures, he has mobilized diverse stakeholders and driven impactful community change.

Rathle is a Nizami Ganjavi International Center Young Global Leader, Shafik Gabr Fellow, Salzburg Global Fellow, and was the American Future of Work Youth Representative at the G20/Y20 India. Rathle holds an MS in Social Policy and a Master of Law from the University of Pennsylvania, a BA from Jacksonville University, and an Executive Certificate at Harvard Kennedy School. Rathle is a NCAA DI student-athlete with a professional soccer trial in Germany's Bundesliga and speaks French.
