Njideka U. Harry is a social entrepreneur, global executive, and education innovator whose work spans technology, entrepreneurship, education, and systems change. She is the Founder of Youth for Technology Foundation (YTF), an international education technology organization that has equipped more than 1.7 million young people and women with technology, entrepreneurship, and workforce skills. For more than two decades, Njideka has worked to expand access to opportunity while advancing a vision of Africa in which young people are creators, innovators, and entrepreneurs shaping the technologies and economies of the future. Building on this experience, Njideka is developing JAI Ventures, a platform for building and investing in initiatives at the intersection of education, technology, talent, and opportunity. Its emerging education initiative, JAI Academy, is focused on identifying talented young Africans and preparing them to access globally competitive educational opportunities and become leaders in an increasingly AI-driven world. The vision is grounded in a simple premise: talent is universal, but access to the preparation, networks, exposure, and opportunities that allow talent to flourish is not. Njideka is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Education 4.0 community and has contributed to WEF initiatives focused on artificial intelligence for social impact, digital transformation, and accelerating digital inclusion. Her work increasingly explores how AI and emerging technologies can be harnessed to expand opportunity, develop human potential, and create new pathways for young people across Africa and the Global South. Her broader leadership spans technology, education, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and global development. She contributes to initiatives exploring new approaches to developing entrepreneurial talent, mobilizing capital for social impact, and connecting innovators with the networks and resources required to scale transformative ideas. Before transitioning to social impact and entrepreneurship, Njideka held roles in finance, product development, and strategy at General Electric and Microsoft, working across North America, Africa, and Europe. Her experience across the private, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors informs her belief that the next generation must be prepared not simply to participate in a rapidly changing global economy, but to shape it. Njideka earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She completed postgraduate work at Stanford University as a Reuters Digital Vision Fellow and Entrepreneur-in-Residence.
