Nathaniel Diong is an award-winning speaker, innovator and education activist. He is the CEO of Future Minds Network, empowering 11,000 young people with the technological, entrepreneurial and innovation skills to thrive in the future and create their own businesses. Students have launched 3D-printing businesses, led charities uplifting 10,000 elderly residents, and discovered their dream careers in social change.

In 2023, they unveiled Gen Z Labs - a new strategic insights and consulting firm. It enables institutions to unlock the unique workforce talent of Gen Z, bridge intergenerational gaps and adapt to the future of work. Their efforts have provided invaluable support to C-level executives, governments and UN agencies across Thailand, South Korea, India, China, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom

Nathaniel has been recognised on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, 2023 Commonwealth Young Person of the Year finalist, Young Australian of the Year finalist, and received the Pride of Australia medal.
