Michelle Romano is a Corporate & Social Communications Professional for ManpowerGroup, the world’s leading global workforce solutions company. In this role, Michelle leads social and digital media strategy and content development for the organization’s global social channels. She also supports sustainability communications, PR and media relations, video production and storytelling, and executive communications.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University, where she graduated with Honors, a major in Corporate Communication, and a minor in Spanish in 2015.

Michelle loves to travel, is passionate about gender equality, and is interested in emerging tech and its effects on the world of work. In 2017, Michelle was recognized as a 30 Under 30 “Rising Star” by PR News.
