Larry Guo, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, is a third-phase Starlink Hundred Talents Program member at Tsinghua University IEEEAC, a PPIC member of the Columbia University Global ESG Leadership Association, a member at the Senior Alumni Mentorship Committee of the A Program at Peking University's Global Elite Talent Leadership Program, and an active participant in the Berkeley Investment Group and Haas Finance Group. I had interned at prominent financial firms such as Caprae Capital in California, Huatai United Securities’ Investment Banking Department in Hong Kong, and Deloitte’s Risk Advisory in Beijing.
As a research assistant, I was commissioned by the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice to compile and publish a pioneering, public-interest guide on China’s enterprise investment and trade practices abroad. Currently, I serve as co-founder of Carbon Trail Assess in Colorado and Chief Brand Officer at Beijing-based Carbon Era Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. Carbon Era focuses on establishing a front-end carbon trading service platform, leveraging expertise in green and low-carbon technology to support key emission enterprises with carbon asset management, trading strategy formulation, and transaction-related information and solutions. Supported by financial technology, the company assists in the securitization transformation of carbon assets. Carbon Era provides full-process carbon asset trading services to small and medium emission-control enterprises across China, serving over 2,200 industrial emission-controlled companies, establishing a centralized platform that collaborates with certification bodies, and low-carbon research institutions to offer comprehensive green business services.

The project was prominently featured on UNESCO’s official Chinese and global websites, the WeChat public account, and Mercedes-Benz China’s official news account. With more than 300 submissions globally, the project excelled in offering sustainable development and carbon management solutions for SMEs. It received over 2,000 views on social media, demonstrating its significant influence and innovation in this field
· 2024 Huangpu District roadshow: The project was also invited for an offline roadshow by the Huangpu District Government of Shanghai
