Dr. K. Sankaran is a Partner in EY Switzerland leading various activities in the Sustainability and Transformation space, globally. He is also responsible for developing sustainability- and transformation-focused technologies, ecosystems, and ventures across EY globally. Earlier he was the Head of Business Sector Engagement for the Risk Response Network at the World Economic Forum (WEF) engaging business leaders on strategic transformation topics. He holds visiting professorship in Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and brings extensive knowledge and experience in strategy, sustainability and energy transition challenges, decarbonization, sustainable finance, and circular economy. He holds a Doctor of Science in Engineering sciences from ETH Zurich, Switzerland, and an Executive Master in Global Leadership in collaboration with Wharton, Columbia University, London Business School, and INSEAD. Several years of training in (non-dualistic philosophy) Advaita Vedanta and Yoga. He is Swiss citizen of Indian origin based in Zug, Switzerland.
