Jitha is a strategy consultant, experienced in providing advisory services on ESG and sustainability. She is currently working as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte. During her stint at PwC, she has worked extensively on South Asia and MENA regions, on projects funded by multilateral banks, International Donor Agencies, governments, and the private sector. She did her PGP in Management (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM K), one of the premier B-schools in India. She is part of the Global Support Team of UN SDG7 Youth Constituency. As a Global Shaper from Kochi hub, she is actively involved with Equality and Climate Change impact areas, and has delivered multiple projects. She recently got selected to attend the Bonn Climate Change Conference as a UN delegate and drive the climate agenda.

She is a self-taught artist, published author, and a home baker. She enjoys listening to soft music, watching F1, playing Poker, and doodling in her leisure time. She is an active proponent of sustainability and social justice and envisions a fair, just, and equitable world for everyone.
