Chuy holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and brings a unique blend of govtech, crypto, and global leadership expertise. He has been recognized as an Agile 50 Govtech Leader, an Ethereum Foundation Fellow, and a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader for his contributions to advancing the next era of the internet.
