Mr. Dongshu Shen (Jaff) is a serial social entrepreneur and social innovation investor. After selling his Internet company in 2002, Jaff co-founded the Leping Social Entrepreneur Foundation and has incubated five social enterprises over 10 years. As a social innovation catalyst and market maker, Jaff introduced B Corp movement to China as the founding Chairman of B Lab China and was committed to advocating a stakeholder-driven economy. In 2017, he became the Chinese publisher of Stanford Social Innovation Review (SSIR), to empower the growth of social entrepreneurs and social innovators through thought leadership, knowledge sharing and community building.

Jaff was honored as the Youth Leader of the Year by Southern People Weekly in 2014. And he was honored as a "Social Innovation Thought Leader” by SCHWAB Foundation in 2020. Jaff holds a BA in Oriental Studies and a law degree from Peking University.
