A passionate leader, she delivers world-class operational excellence, augmenting the workforce, and driving sustainability across Western Digital’s global footprint. Under Jackie's leadership, Western Digital has been recognized by the World Economic Forum 7 times for AI powered manufacturing and sustainability. The sites in Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines, are the first Lighthouses in their respective countries. The factory in Malaysia is the first “Sustainability Lighthouse” in Asia, while the factory in Shanghai is honored to be the first “Sustainability Lighthouse” in China. Jackie also leads Western Digital's corporate sustainability strategy and delivery. She oversees the materiality assessment, stakeholder engagement and company's sustainability reporting. Jackie lead Western Digital's public sustainability commitment and drive organization to meet the goals. Under her leadership, Western Digital has been recognized as One of America's Greenest Company by Newsweek. In addition to leading transformations like AI and Sustainability and Workforce of the Future, Jackie has deep expertise in product and process development, program management and global operation, delivering performance while improving organizational capability. Jackie received Connected World’s “2021 Women of Technology” award. She serves as a council member for the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council for Advanced Manufacturing and Value Chains, as well as being an executive committee member for the US Center for Advanced Manufacturing.
