She is the Founder of Queenrides, a women’s empowerment platform focused on Mobility Sustainability, Financial Literacy and Women Wellness aligning with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. With 200,000+ members across 25 countries, Queenrides collaborates with governments, corporations, and NGOs to drive systemic change. Recognized as one of Asia’s most creative startups, it earned Iim a speaking role at WEF Davos.

Beyond Queenrides, Iim is a Strategic Advisor at Indonesia AI Institute, driving AI development, literacy, and application in Indonesia, and Co-founder of Cexup, a telemedicine and IoMT-based AI platform improving hospital services, coverage, and revenue.

She has received short-term scholarships to Harvard Kennedy School, NTU, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, and Stanford University. A sought-after global speaker, she has spoken at WEF Davos, FIA Conference, Nissan Future, ADB Regional Conference, and more.

A pioneer in digital advertising, she founded Virus Communication and later became CEO of Virtual Consulting (VIRTUCO), managing platforms with 20M+ subscribers.
