Ferdinand Grapperhaus is a dedicated physics engineer and a passionate impact entrepreneur.

He is currently the CEO of Next Sense, a company that leverages AI-based control logic and building physics algorithms to significantly reduce energy consumption in professional real estate, achieving up to 50% savings. Next Sense is the combination of various software companies and has raised >20mln from parties as APG, ETF Partners and EDGE Technologies.

Alongside his role at Next Sense, Ferdinand is a founding
board member of the Foundation "Changing the Perspective," which organizes an annual summer school aimed at inspiring children to engage with green energy and smart technologies.

Additionally Ferdinand serves as Advisory Board member at Delft Energy Neutral 20240, INESPO and FOTONIQ B.V.
