Fan Hongyi (Troy) is the founder of Curidaosity问道东西, a platform dedicated to building cultural bridges and fostering cross-border collaboration through immersive experiences and meaningful connections. Curidaosity has run the INSPIRO Network for UNDP and launching the flagship program, Global Sustainability Pathways, in partnership with UNITAR. Curidaosity organizes international study tours and learning journeys—whether it’s helping Chinese businesses explore opportunities overseas or welcoming global visitors to Chengdu for curated private tours.
Beyond Curidaosity, Hongyi serves as a Community Champion for the Global Shapers Community, supporting young leaders across Greater China. He's also a digital storyteller passionate about breaking down cultural barriers. Through his educational content on Weibo (@Utroypia) and my Chengdu-focused Instagram account @chengdumemo, he's built a community of over 300,000 followers, sharing stories that celebrate the richness and complexity of different cultures.
Previously, he led fundraising projects at a venture capital firm and managed international initiatives at Tsinghua SEM X-elerator, a startup accelerator affiliated with Tsinghua University. He’s always believed in the power of global connections and the impact we can make when we come together to solve the shared challenges.
