I have a Law degree and a Diploma in Economic Sciences from the University of Deusto, a master's degree in State Civil Administration and and expert title in the European Political Economy and Finance Executive Programme from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a University expert in International Trade from the University of the Basque Country.
Since 2017 I am a senior civil servant. As civil servant I have had different positions at the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Education and Professional Training and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.
Since August 2022, I am General Secretary of the National Institute of cybersecurity, INCIBE.
