Barbara Mulvee is the Head of Grants Management for Bloomberg Philanthropies. She previously was the interim CEO of the Impact Collaborative, a new non-profit dedicated to convening mental health organizations to innovate, incubate, and adopt tech-enabled solutions that empower children and families from underserved communities to thrive and reach their potential.

She spent 2023 working with Citation Capital, a female-led Private Equity firm, focusing on inaugural fundraising, talent management and sustainability strategies. Before joining Citation in 2022, she was a Managing Director and Global COO of Securities Research at Credit Suisse. During her 12 years at the bank, she held multiple roles, primarily leading business strategy for the Global Markets division. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, she spent five years at Deloitte Consulting serving financial services clients.

Barbara was appointed as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2020, where she is currently serving a five-year term. She serves as Vice Chair of the Impact Collaborative Board of Directors, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Child Center of NY and the Board of Trustees for the Academy of St. Elizabeth. She graduated magna cum laude with a degree in International Business and Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
Barbara currently resides in New York City with her husband, Conner.
