Rosa Lee and Egbert Chang Professor, University of Pennsylvania, Faculty Co-Director, Penn-Wharton Behavior Change for Good Initiative; Faculty Co-Director, Wharton People Analytics. 2013 MacArthur Fellow; has advised the World Bank, NBA and NFL teams, and Fortune 500 chief executives. Prior to career in research, founded a summer school for low-income children that was profiled as a Harvard Kennedy School case study and, in 2018, celebrated its 25th anniversary. Former McKinsey management consultant and a math and science teacher at public schools in New York City, San Francisco and Philadelphia. Undergraduate degree (hons) in Advanced Studies Neurobiology, Harvard; MSc (Hons) in Neuroscience, Marshall Scholar, Oxford University; PhD in Psychology, National Science Foundation Graduate Fellow, University of Pennsylvania.
